EDSA shooting incident that took place at around 3:30 PM caused heavy traffic earlier today.
A white Toyota HiAce Grandia received several gunshots along the southbound lane of EDSA, around the area of Reliance Street in Mandaluyong City. The vehicle was hit at its right side .
MMDA posted a traffic advisory Sunday afternoon as two lanes were occupied.

The victims were identified as Allan Nomer Santos (51 y.o), driver of the van from Barangay Del Pilar in Las Piñas ; Jose Luis Yulo (62 y.o) businessman from Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa; and Esmeralda Ignacio (38 y.o) of DBP Village in Las Piñas . The three was said to have originated from a race track in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The EDSA shooting victims were taken to the nearby hospital, Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center.
Both Santos and Yulo died in the hospital, while Ignacio survived.
According to news reports, Senior Supt. Moises Villaceran Jr., chief of the Mandaluyong City Police Station said that the suspects were two unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle.
Witnesses who had a glimpse of the suspects stated that the driver of the motorcycle wore a black jacket and a helmet,and his companion was also wearing a jacket, white t-shirt and jeans.
Police are still investigating on motive for the shooting.
