In the black and white video, Garnett will be seen walking inside the empty Target Center with sunglasses on. Then his voice will be heard saying “I’m just thankful. I’m just thankful for everybody and the love. I never would have thought that people love me like this. But, for it to be reality is just something else, man. Man.”

At the end of the video, Garnett says “Stay tuned” , which means formal announcement will be made soon.

As per ESPN, Kevin Garnett  “is leaving a legacy as one of the best defensive players in league history and one of the game’s most influential and intense competitors.”

He came into the league  in 19955, straight from high-school and has spent 21 seasons in the NBA.

Garnett is dubbed as the “Big Ticket,” being one of the highest-paid NBA stars. He is said to have earned $330 million in his career.

Just like Hall of Famers Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone, Garnett has earned 25,000 points, 10,000 rebounds and 5,000 assists in whole stay with NBA. It is presumed that he will also join the NBA Hall of Fame.
