ABS-CBN’s morning show Umagang Kay Ganda (UKG) had a double treat yesterday when they featured this Marcelito Pomoy and Sephy Francisco duet.
Marcelito and Sephy are popular for their amazing ability to do dual voices in singing. Aside from the fact that they are equally talented , both already had international exposures!
As we all know Marcelito recently appeared in Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show (Marcelito Pomoy appears in Ellen DeGeneres show). Sephy on the other hand wowed the Koreans when he participated in “I can See Your Voice” (Read: Pinoy Transgender wows I Can see your Voice Korea) .
Now just imagine having them sing together!
In yesterday’s UKG episode, Marcelito and Sephy performed the song that they both know very well. The two sang “The Prayer”, the duet version of Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion.
The two talented singers took turns in singing the female and male parts. Marcelto first sang Celine Dion’s lines while Sephy sang Andrea Bocelli’s part ,which was in Italian language. Towards the end, they exchanged places and Sephy sang the high notes.
The Marcelito Pomoy and Sephy Francisco duet had the UKG hosts, Karla, Jolina and Melai standing in their seats and applauding.
