US First Lady Michelle Obama workout video, released as part of the White House “Let’s Move” campaign to combat childhood obesity, has recently become viral.
The Let’s Move campaign was launched by the First Lady five years ago and the to celebrate its fifth year anniversary, she is asking everybody to give her five reasons to be healthy.
The 2 minute video was shared to inspire Americans to exercise regularly as part of the #GimmeFive challenge. The workout routine of First Lady Obama includes lifting weights, jumping rope, doing power squats, and kickboxing.
A reminder was given to the viewers at the beginning of the Michelle Obama workout video about supervision and safety.
