This act was compared to a similar performance in America’s Got Talent in 2012. Todd Oliver, a contestant with a French bulldog whose trick was the ability to speak. It turned out that this was made possible by using a  fake snout designed to look real. It was installed at the nose of the animal and opens and closes using a remote control.

Marc Métral , who is French ventriloquist aired his side – “I’ve been working with Wendy since she was a puppy,’ he said. ‘I would never put her in a situation that would cause her distress. She gets excited when we go to work and is always comfortable on stage.”

Britain’s Got Talent 2015 spokesperson and Simon Cowell also dismissed the issue.

As what Simon has always replied to these animal cruelty/abuse  issues “God no, I think the opposite! We show animals’ personalities.
