MMDA Traffic Advisory Undas 2016 has been released for information and guidance of commuters on the upcoming holidays (Oct. 31 to Nov. 1, 2016)
According to MMDA (Metro manila Development Authority) official Twitter account @mmda)-
“Number Coding Scheme will be lifted on Oct. 31, 2016 Monday , a special non-working holiday and Nov. 1 2016 Tuesday.”
This means that all vehicles are exempted from number coding and may travel.
Together with this MMDA Traffic Advisory Undas 2016, MMDA will implement the extended and expanded “No Window Hours” scheme.
This MMDA policy was executed last October 17, 2016. From the original 7:00 am to 7:00 pm coding hours, one hour will be added. The scheme shall take effect from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Aside fom the extended hours, many major roads were added to the list of impassable areas during the “No Window Hours” scheme.

Edsa, C5, Alabang-Zapote Road, Roxas Boulevard and throughout the cities of Mandaluyong, Makati and Las Piñas, Recto Avenue, President Quirino Avenue, Araneta Avenue, C.P. Garcia Avenue, Taft Avenue, South Luzon Expressway, Shaw Boulevard, Ortigas Avenue, Magsaysay Boulevard, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon Avenue, Commonwealth Avenue, A. Bonifacio Avenue, Rizal Avenue, Del Pan, Marcos Highway, MacArthur Highway and the Bulacan-Rizal-Manila-Cavite Regional Expressway.
Coding scheme -1 and 2 on Mondays; 3 and 4 on Tuesdays; 5 and 6 on Wednesdays; 7 and 8 on Thursdays; and 9 and 0 on Fridays.
