PNR Caloocan to Dela Rosa Makati route will soon resume its operation.
Department of Transportation (DOT announced today that they have revived the said train line. It was closed 20 years ago and will start serving the commuting public again on its “Soft Opening” on Wednesday, August 1.
According news reports, an inspectios and a final track material adjustment were conducted after the installation of “turnouts” on Monday morning.

There will be four trips daily for the PNR Caloocan to Dela Rosa Makati route.
The earliest train from Caloocan to Dela Rosa will be leaving at 5:37 am , while first train from Dela Rosa to Caloocan will be at 6:22 am. Last trip from Caloocan to Dela Rosa Makati will be at 4:28 pm. The Caloocan to Dela Rosa last train will leave the platform at 3:45 pm.
There is one train ride from Caloocan to Tutuban, which is scheduled at 5:17 pm with expected arrival of 5:31 pm.
DOTr-PNR confirmed that minimum fare is still at P15.
After the announcement, many netizens were happy with the good news. Some even requested to extend the operating hours until rush hours and that there will be increased intervals .
