Joshua Oliveros of Team FamiLea was hailed as the The Voice Kids 3 Grand Winner!
After the unveiling of the three grand finalists (Read: The Voice Kids 3 Grand Finalists Announced), the competition continued with finale performances. Each kid obviously gave out their best for their final performance. On the other hand, their respective coaches also gave out full support.
The Voice Kids 3 Grand Finals went on for 2 days and was held at Resorts World Manila. On its first day, the three grand finalists had the chance to sing with their coaches.
Joshua Oliveros and Coach Lea Salong sang “Nais Ko” .
Kakanin Diva Antonette Tismo and Coach Sharon Cuneta sang APO’s “Batang-Bata Ka Pa.”
Coach Bamboo and Justin Alva rocked on with Shawn Mendez’ “Stitches.”
On Sunday night the grand finalists performed their solo performances.
For the first set, they sang upbeat songs. Antonette danced her way with J Lo’s “Let’s Get Loud”.
Justin surprised everyone with his rap sting with Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”.
Joshua re-lived The Dawn’s “Mangarap Ka”
For the bigatin showdown performance for the Grand Finals, each kid really gave their best shot to win.
Antonette Tismo belted Regine Velasquez’ “Pangako” that had a very challenging arrangement.
Justin Alva took a big risk with a mellow version of Whitney Houston’s “How Will I Know”.
Joshua Oliveros’ winning piece was “Salamat” by Yeng Constantino.
Joshua Oliveros of Team FamiLea garnered the highest count of combined text votes
During the announcement of winners, it was confirmed that Joshua got 38.07 % of the combined text votes, while Antonette was just slight behind at 36.39% and Justin had 25.24 % .
After the announcement, this little champion were in tears and his family joined him on the stage.
