“The Voice Kids” season 3 grand winner Joshua Oliveros records a version of the OPM hit song “Nobela.”
The black and white, classic-feel music video is already available in Youtube for viewing. The video was uploaded in his own Vevo account. The song is one of the tracks in in his self- titled album “Joshua Oliveros”.
In the video, Joshua was wearing a very formal attire with his coat and tie. A pair danced on the background.
This song is a revival. It was originally performed by Join the Club, which was released in 2005.
Joshua Oliveros was under Fami-Lea during his competition days in “The Voice Kids” season 3.
He won last year (August 28, 2016) and bagged P2 million, house and lot and a recording contract. Joshua hails from Antique, but his family has moved to Marikina. His story was a very dramatic one as his parents have been separated for four years. According to Joshua, his mom left as his parents argue very often. He has been joining competitions at an early age, from grade 1.
During the finals night, Joshua’s mom Maribel, surprised him by showing-up. Joshua sang Yeng Constanino’s “Salamat” for his grand finals performance.
