Typhoon Maria that has maximum sustained winds of 185 kilometers per hour and 225 kph gusts is expected to enter  the Philippine area of responsibility tomorrow morning, Monday if it continues moving at 15 kph according to PAG-ASA.

PAGASA meteorologist Aldczar Aurelio said that though the typhoon may not hit land, it can affect the habagat or southwest monsoon.  Occasional heavy rainsover large portion of Luzon and Visayas may take place.

Some local officials have announced no classes due to expected heavy rainfalls
