A woman killed inside Solaire Hotel and Casino was allegedly beaten to death by her live-in partner and three other suspects in Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City early Sunday.
The woman killed inside Solaire Hotel and Casino was identified as the assistant manager of the hotel.
Interview of city police chief Supt. Ariel Andrade said Edgel Joy Durolfo, 26, was beaten to death inside room 812 of the Solaire Sky Tower Building in Aseana Boulevard.
Durolfo, the woman killed inside Solaire was brought to the hotel clinic by her live-in partner Rodney Ynchausti and the other suspects, aliases Paul Egoc, Molo Hwang and Beah Lim. She sustained numerous bruises, fell into a coma and was transferred to the San Juan De Dios Hospital.
According to police reports, parents of the woman killed inside Solaire found Ynchausti at the hospital. He even apologized to them before totally disappeared together with the other suspects.
Allegedly, Durolfo died due to internal bleeding.
Police chief Supt. Ariel Andrade said that they are on-search operations for the suspects. “Ito pong mga suspek, inilo-locate na namin. Pinapuntahan ko na po sa kanilang mga tirahan, pero wala po sa known address. Hindi po sila ma-contact,” the police chief said.
Added on reports, police are also conducting a background check on the suspects who may have allegedly forced Durolfo to take an ecstasy pill before mauling her.
The investigators have also requested Solaire hotel for a copy of the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage from the crime scene and authorities will also examine the victim’s cellphone while waiting for the results of her autopsy test.
